By sending a paypal invoice I have the right to assume that the TOS has been read and acknowledged.

I have the right to edit my TOS as I see fit. Edits will never be made while a commission is in queue or in progress.

I am not responsible for lost or damaged items sent by mail.

Do not ask me to draw in another artist’s style. If you are paying for my commissions then you should want my style.

I absolutely do not incorporate AI in any part of my creation process. Timelapse videos can be provided upon request.

Please send an unshaded reference. A full-body front and back reference is highly appreciated, but if the commission type is only a headshot or bust then I will accept alternate reference types, as long as they are shadeless.

I appreciate you telling me about your character! I want to make each commission as personalized as possible. On that note, I have the right to follow my own inspiration. I will always aim to keep the personality of your character(s) but rarely I may not follow the prompt of your choosing. I will inform the client in the event that I must modify the prompt due to artistic limitations.

If it’s a group commission piece then I require every member to be aware and consenting. Please DM or email voicing your consent as a group member.

As a group commission piece, the one who contacted me is responsible for sending WIPs (Work in Progress) to the other participants. I am not responsible for any miscommunication. If it is a group commission then I will assume the client who contacted me has shown the WIP before approving it for color and shading.

I will send a WIP (work in progress) once the initial sketch is complete, and I will not start lineart, coloring, and shading until the contact approves the WIP. I will send a final version of the piece and allow 2 days for small edits (if requested) before posting online.

Please allow up to a month for completion. Acknowledge that I have a day job so most of my art is done on weekends.

I will not take hard deadlines unless they are further out than one month from the date of payment from the client.

I will send you a paypal invoice. Work on the commission will not start until it is paid in full and at least one reference has been sent. The deposit is nonrefundable once work has begun. If payment is not sent in 2 weeks then you will be eliminated from the queue. Currency is in USD.

I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

I will never draw anything that makes me uncomfortable. This includes but is not limited to art praising hate groups, pedophilia, or zoophilia.

If I discover that the client is affiliated with hate groups, zoophilia, or pedophilia, I retain the right to cancel and refund the commission.

If the client cancels the commission, all work will stop completely. The deposit is nonrefundable once work has begun.

Your art is for personal use only. That being said, I still have commercial and distribution rights, which includes the right to use as commission examples. When the piece is complete you will receive a copy of an unwatermarked version.

Reprints can be made for personal use but clients cannot profit from the artwork except in cases of resales (both physical and digital art).

Clients can request that I do not post photos of the completed commission on social media if they wish. I am less likely to accept the commission request if that is the case.
